5 Bedroom Cabin in Boone
Outlaws' Haven is a custom built, spacious home boasting beautiful views and a peaceful surrounding. It's continuously updated, with emphasis on the comfort and enjoyment of guests. There are 3 levels: a downstairs basement with two bedrooms and a full bathroom, the main floor with 2 king suites and a bunk room and the loft, where there is a twin xl trundle bed and a twin trundle bed.
The front door opens into a beautiful great room with tongue in groove ceilings and a stone fireplace to the ceiling with a loft above. There are cherry hardwood floors throughout and luxuriously carpeted bedrooms. The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining a large group. The dining room provides seating for 8 and a locally made kitchen table has seating for 8. A large primary bedroom, a bunk room and a guest room are all located on the main floor. The loft has two trundle twin beds. The primary suite has a king-sized bed with glass doors opening to the deck. The ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and separate glass enclosed shower and a walk-in closet. The Bunk room includes a twin over a full-sized bunk bed and a separate twin bed. The top bunk has a weight limit of 80 pounds. This suite has access to a private covered deck. There is a guest bathroom across the hall. The guest room has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The basement is accessed through the garage and was built as an "in-laws" suite. The larger of the two rooms has a king bed, a sofa and 65" smart TV and provides access to a private deck with a luxurious 8-person hydrotherapy hot tub. The smaller room has a queen bed and a bathroom attached. The large deck off of the main floor offers a wonderful place to sit and take in the beauty of the High Country. Outlaws' Haven sits at 4000 feet. This is our FAVORITE part of the house! On the deck, there is a large sectional sofa (in warmer months), a propane fire table and a dining table that seats 8. Centrally located, you are in walking distance to the Mountains-to-Sea hiking trail and a cycling group rides by in the summer months, going to the Blue Ridge Pkwy. Tweetsie Railroad is 3.5 miles away, Appalachian Ski Mountain is 7 miles, App State is a 9-mile drive and Banner Elk ski resorts are 17 miles away. The quaint town of Blowing Rock is just 5 miles from the front door. We are excited to share our Haven and are sure you will be back!
***Outlaws’ Haven is equipped with two outdoor security cameras and motion activated lights. One is located above the garage door, recording the driveway and the other is on the front porch, recording the steps and driveway.
*** RVs and vehicles with trailers cannot access the property and street parking in the neighborhood is prohibited ***
*** Winter Driving Note: Renters must be prepared for a challenging approach during winter weather conditions. Please don't rent if you're not prepared to handle accessing on this driveway, even if icy. 4-wheel drive and chains may be necessary between October and March, if we have winter conditions such as snow and ice.
